- Defended a prominent New York art gallery that was investigated by the New York County District Attorney's office for sales tax evasion. Our client was not charged or required to pay any restitution.
- Defended the senior manager of a world-renowned fashion design house who was investigated by the IRS and U.S. Attorney's Office for tax fraud and tax evasion of nearly $700,000. The case resulted in a non-Federal Sentencing Guidelines disposition.
- Defended a sole proprietor investigated by the FBI and U.S. Attorney's Office for tax fraud and bank structuring. The investigation concluded without the filing of any criminal charges.
